  Delivery Information  

 

We currently use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery for delivering your orders.
International Orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed for service*.

Here at Knickershack we aim to despatch all orders usually within 24 hours, however for out of stock items you will always receive an email giving an approx delivery time & offering you the chance to cancel your order for a full refund should you not wish to wait.
(Please add knickershack.co.uk to your allowed mail list or you may not receive any emails from us)

Once orders are despatched delivery is Usually within 1 - 5 days

You can track orders once despatched HERE & quoting your tracking number that is available within your account area or completion email.

Please note Royal Mail don't consider an item lost until 15 working days have elapsed.

Items ordered with Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excl Bank holidays) to ensure delivery for the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm may still be delivered the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed and will be delivered the following working day.

Order Status Explained

Failed Order failed during checkout (your order has not been placed)
Processed Your payment has been processed (payment has been authorised)
Queued Your order has been received (Your order is currently in our systems)
Not Finished You didn't complete your order through the checkout (your order has not been completed or placed)
Backordered We are awaiting stock (Your order will be despatched as soon as we receive the new stock, offer an alternative or if you prefer fully refund you)
Completed We have despatched your order to you (Its on its way to you) you can TRACK IT HERE with your tracking code
Declined
Your order was declined by our company (usually this is due to a problem with a product)

Uncollected Items

Failure to collect a parcel from the delivery agent after they have tried to deliver it, will result in the item being returned to us after a short period of time.
To re-send the item will incur an additional charge currently set at £3.50p to cover repacking & postage charges.

*Whilst we take every care in delivering to international customers, International orders are only tracked up to entry into the destination country, Knickershack accept no responsibility for orders lost once they have left the UK.
