We currently use Royal Mail 1st Class
Recorded delivery for delivering your orders.
International Orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed for service*.
Here at Knickershack we aim to despatch
all orders usually within 24 hours, however for out of stock items you will
always receive an email giving an approx delivery time & offering you the chance
to cancel your order for a full refund should you not wish to wait.

Please note Royal Mail don't consider an item lost until 15
working days have elapsed.
Items ordered with Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2pm
Monday to Friday (excl Bank holidays) to ensure delivery for the next
working day. Orders placed after 3pm may still be delivered the next
working day but this cannot be guaranteed and will be delivered the
following working day.

Backordered We are awaiting
stock (Your order will be despatched as
soon as we receive the new stock, offer an alternative or if you prefer fully

this is due to a problem with a product)
Failure to collect a parcel from the
delivery agent after they have tried to deliver it, will result in the item being returned to us after a short
period of time.
To re-send the item will incur an additional charge currently
set at £3.50p to cover repacking & postage charges.
*Whilst we take every care in delivering to international
customers, International orders are only tracked up to entry into the
destination country, Knickershack accept no responsibility for orders lost
once they have left the UK.
