All our products are carefully checked for quality prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event you do need to return an item, We happily accept returns within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions.

Intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies &/or briefs, for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once they have been sold, we therefore do not accept return of these items under any circumstances.

• All items returned must be unworn for hygiene reasons.
• All items returned must be in pristine condition
• All items returned must be returned in original undamaged packaging (including inserts/hangers). 

Refunds will ONLY be made to the Paypal account, Google Checkout Account or Credit/Debit Card that payment was taken from within 48 hours of receiving the goods back.

Costumes are sourced to order & therefore are non returnable.

We don't refund P&P/Shipping costs unless the goods are found to be faulty.

We recommend that when returning items, you post them using Royal Mails Recorded delivery service keeping your reciept in a safe place. we accept no responcibility for items lost in the postal system that you have sent back to us & you will need to take up any claims of lost items with Royal Mail to attempt to track any lost items.
