
We currently use Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery & Special Delivery service's for delivering your orders.
International Orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed for service*.
Here at Knickershack we aim to despatch
all orders usually within 24 hours, however for out of stock items you will
always receive an email giving an approx delivery time & offering you the chance
to cancel your order for a full refund should you not wish to wait.

from us, if we don't receive a reply we will automatically cancel & refund your
order)
Once orders are despatched delivery times
are out of our control & Royal Mail actually state that it can take up to 15
days to deliver a 1st class recorded item, however the norm is around 1 to 3
days.

Queued Your order has been received
(Your order is currently in our

Not Finished You didn't complete your order through the checkout

Backordered We are awaiting
stock (Your order will be despatched as
soon as we receive the new stock)
Completed
We have despatched your order to you (Its
on its way to you)
Declined Your order was declined by our company
(usually
this is due to a problem with a product)
Uncollected Items
Failure to collect a parcel from the
delivery agent after they have tried to deliver it, will result in the item being returned to us after a short
period of time.
To re-send the item will incur an additional charge currently
set at £4.11p to cover repacking & postage.

customers, International orders are only tracked up to entry into the
destination country, Knickershack accept no responsibility for orders lost
once they have left the UK.
